The Committee on Rules moved to amend the resolution on page two, in the Resolved clause, line thirty, by striking out the word “PFC” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “U.S. Army PFC”;

            On page two, in the first Further Resolved clause, line thirty-two, by striking out the word “PFC” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “U.S. Army PFC”;

And,

By striking out the title and substituting in lieu thereof a new title to read as follows:

House Concurrent Resolution 39—Requesting the Division of Highways name the bridge bearing Identification Number 42-219/86-003.18 (42A228), located in Randolph County, West Virginia, carrying County Route 219 over Stalnaker Run, Latitude 38.988821, Longitude -79.83132, locally known as Stalnaker Run Bridge, the “U.S. Army PFC Donald L. Stuckey Memorial Bridge.”
